Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. It will include the tracking information. Once your order leaves the warehouse, it is usually delivered within 5 business days.
Can I make a return/exchange with my order?
Yes! Our goal is to have you love your item, but we know this isn’t always the case. We offer a 30-day return/exchange period. There are no restocking fees, but you will need to pay the return shipping cost. Restaurants are unable to accept a return/exchange, so please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use a Lazy Dog gift card to buy retail merch?
Unfortunately, Lazy Dog gift cards cannot be used to purchase retail items at this time.
