Commonly Asked Questions:

When will I be charged for the next quarter?
For the quarterly program, charge dates will occur on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1 and 10/1, regardless of sign-up day.

When do I pick up the next quarterly kit release?
Be sure to sign up for email + text so you are alerted when it’s time to pick up your kit! Releases happen in February, May, August and November.

How do I know if I’m eligible for the quarterly kit release?
To be eligible for a kit, you must be a member prior to the quarter and receive a renewal charge on the 1^st of the quarter.

For example, to qualify for the Q4 kit releasing in November, you must be a member prior to 10/1 and have been charged on 10/1.

How does an annual membership work?

The annual membership is $175 + tax, which include 5 kits: 1^st kit + 4 quarterly kits (a $20 savings). The annual membership renews at $141 + tax and you will then be eligible for 4 quarterly kits.
